It is an independent pilot project designed to give PALM workers simple, mobile access to approved information about their farm and accommodation.
Who can use the website?+
During the pilot, access is limited to authorised workers and nominated farm personnel at the participating Victorian farm.
Is the website private?+
Yes. Farm and house pages require a secure login. Workers only see information assigned to their farm, team or house.
What languages are available?+
English is the source language. Supported translation languages can be offered, with additional options developed and tested with each participating team.
Is this an Australian Government website?+
No. This is an independent pilot and does not replace official PALM Scheme information, employer responsibilities or worker support services.
Who should I contact for help?+
Pilot workers will find their farm, welfare, country liaison and independent support contacts after logging in. Access problems can be reported through the Contact page.
